Issue: Color consistency and PCBA routing for dual-illumination fixtures
Solution: Engineered a dual-IC PCBA to manage RGBIC and high-CRI channels. Executed SDCM < 3 phosphor binning to ensure 2200K-6500K color consistency across batches exceeding 100,000 units.

Launched Govee Uplighter Floor Lamp
Wire fatigue in 330°/60° rotating heads, and PCBA bottlenecks during Matter execution.
Solution: Implemented mechanical routing SOPs to ensure rotation durability. Optimized PCBA layout to process Matter, DreamView, and 70+ dynamic scenes without latency.
